Description
The FADING HILL SINGLE MALT WHISKY is very harmonious on the nose. The light fruity components are captured by spicy notes and a hint of vanilla.
The alcohol is present in the mouth, yet very well integrated. In addition to a fine malty sweetness and spicy components, there are dried light fruits, a tendency towards more apple and pear as well as vanilla notes. A multi-layered, exciting whisky that spreads out in the mouth, takes up space and presents itself in a balanced way. Light fruity components such as cider pears and yellow plums are captured by spicy notes, as well as a hint of nougat, caramel and vanilla.
