Description
Rye whisky has a long tradition that can be traced back to the early history of whisky and was mainly produced in North America.
During Prohibition, however, it was replaced by other whiskies.
We are reviving the tradition and have produced a SinGold Rye Whisky.
The rye whisky matured for at least 6 years in a first fill ex-bourbon barrel from Buffalo Trace.
It consists of 90% rye and 10% barley.
Nose: Dried fruit, caramel and spices.
Flavor: candied nuts, rye, spicy chocolate, vanilla.
Finish: Long and aromatic, oak.
