It’s that time again. We are launching a new barrel share. We found two very special barrels. Mike Werner from Mikes Whisky Handel in Munich, the man with the best relationships with distilleries in America, has just received two casks from the Town Branch distillery. A distillery that is unknown to us and yet very special. The Town Branch Distillery is located in Lexington. The building houses both a brewery and a distillery. This is the most atypical or “Scottish” distillery in Kentucky – no column still is used, but two pot stills, as in Scotland.
The single malt single barrel was stored in cask no. 1 for 8 years and 6 months. It came out with an alcohol content of 56.2% vol. and there are only a few bottles left.
We decided to bottle another single malt at 63.5% vol. with a ratio of 50% standard and 50% peated barley. The certificates can be exchanged for goods 3 years later.

The rye was stored in barrel no. 2 for 6 years and 4 months. It was bottled at 52.3% vol. bottled. The bottles are still available for a short time and cost 102.50 euros.
We have decided on a rum with 75% vol. to fill in. We also want to leave it for 3 years. The certificates can then be redeemed.
One share also costs 69 euros.
There is a special price of 119 euros for the purchase of both shares.
We inform you well in advance when the barrels will be emptied so that we can organize a nice little party around it.
We also have one carton of each of the two barrels in stock. The whisky can be tasted free of charge on site or purchased in bottles.
On May 12 at 6 p.m. there will also be a mega tasting with Mike in Wehringen. Mega, because compared to the SinGold tastings not only 2cl are served, but 4cl. And instead of 5 whiskeys, there are 8, so you need a good foundation and a lot of time. The tasting starts at 6 pm and lasts until midnight. For dinner there is a 3-course American style burger menu.

Admission costs 99 euros. Sufficient bottles from the freshly emptied barrels were set aside for the tasting. You will be part of this evening.
