Hans Jürgen Fass Edition is distilled using the classic London Dry method.
This ingenious creation is the result of an attempt to store the gin in a new oak barrel. Inconspicuous and without making any demands, it lay for 1 year and matured. Until it was finally discovered. The green label goes so well with the herbs and woody aroma that there could be no other color.
