Conditions of participation
Participation in the competition organized by SinGold Brand GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the operator, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Procedure of the online advent calendar
The competition will run from December 1, 2019, 9 a.m. to December 24, 2019, 5 p.m. During this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.
Participation
Users can take part in the competition via the Singold Whisky Facebook page. The corresponding post containing the competition must be liked or commented on. Participation is only possible within the participation period.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Eligible participants
Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example:
a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition,
(b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation,
(c) in the event of unfair trading or
(d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in this competition.
Profit
There are new prizes to be won every day, which are announced on the Facebook page on the respective day and then raffled off among all participants. The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all participants. The winners of the prize draw will be contacted personally on Facebook as soon as possible, i.e. directly after the prize draw, and will be announced under the corresponding post if applicable. Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Applicable law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator. Contact possibility: info@sin-gold.de. The operator’s competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. We only collect your address data if you have taken part in the competition and won, solely for the purpose of sending the prize.
This data will not be used for any other purpose and will not be stored digitally by us or transmitted to third parties.
